Conference venue and hotels
All Invisalign Summit events will take place in the bright and contemporary Palau de Congressos de Catalunya Conference Centre.
Conference hotels included in the Summit registration packages are:

The Torre Melina is approximately 12.5 km from the Barcelona airport and a short walk through the hotel grounds to the Conference Centre.
Grand Hyatt Barcelona

The Grand Hyatt is approximately 14 km from the Barcelona airport and a 15 minute walk from the Conference Centre. Align will run private shuttles exclusively for Summit attendees between the Grand Hyatt and the Convention Centre.

Step 1: Sign in to your Invisalign Doctor Site account.
Step 2: Select the “Patients” tab.
Step 3: Find your DID (Doctor ID) next to your profile icon in the top right corner of the page.

Is there a registration package for doctors who live in Barcelona and do not need hotel accommodations?

Can I register more than one doctor in my practice with the APEX Invisalign Provider special pricing?
The APEX-only package price of €1,200 is limited to one doctor per Doctor ID. Any additional doctors in the practice may register at the full registration price of €2,950, which includes all conference sessions, hotel accommodations, and evening networking events. If you are an APEX Invisalign Provider who would like to register additional doctors from your practice, please email our Summit Registration Support team at alignemeasummit@venuesworld.com for assistance after completing your own registration.

If two delegates would like to share a hotel room, would they both select "with hotel"?
During the registration process, you will be able to note if you plan to share a hotel room with another doctor delegate and provide that delegate’s name. The delegate you are sharing a room with should do the same. Our registration team will adjust your registration to reflect the shared room. Is there a guest or spouse program? How do I register a guest?
The Invisalign EMEA Ortho Summit is designed as a by-invitation educational event for Invisalign orthodontists. All educational sessions for the conference are for registered doctor delegates only. For a €300 per person fee, you may register a personal guest during online registration to attend the Thursday welcome networking session and Saturday gala networking event. Guest registration is strictly limited to these two events and does not include any conference meals or sessions. There is a limit of two guest registrations per doctor delegate and guest attendees must be at least 18 years of age. A separate hotel room is not included for guest registration. Please note: if you want to register an associate doctor from your practice to attend sessions, they must register as a doctor delegate – not as a personal guest.
How do I pay the registration fee?
Your credit card will be charged in full when you complete your online registration. Please note, VAT is not applicable to this conference, and you will not be charged VAT.
Credit cards accepted are: American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa.
What is the cancellation policy?
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to alignemeasummit@venuesworld.com with the reason for cancellation.
For cancellation requests received by April 14, 2026, we will process a full refund less a transaction fee of €100. Refunds will be credited to the original credit card used.
For cancellations requests received by May 10. 2026, we will process a 50% refund, credited to the original credit card used.
Cancellation requests submitted after May 10, 2026 will be subject to review by event organizers, and any refunds granted will be at their discretion, with a maximum refund of 50% of registration fees.
No refunds will be granted for any cancellation requests after May 14, 2026, including delegates who do not check in for the EMEA Summit in Barcelona.
Confirmation of cancellation and refund details will be communicated to the email address provided by the participant at the time of booking. Please do not contact Align customer service or your Invisalign representative to cancel or make changes to your registration.
You may transfer your registration to another doctor in your practice with no penalties.
Are there day passes available?
The Invisalign EMEA Summit is an immersive experience across three days in May. There are no one-day passes available.
Can children attend Summit evening events?
The Invisalign EMEA Ortho Summit is designed as a by-invitation educational event for Invisalign orthodontists. All educational sessions for the conference are for registered doctor delegates only. For a €300 per person fee, you may register a personal guest to attend the Thursday welcome networking session and Saturday gala networking event. Guest registration is strictly limited to these two events and does not include any conference meals or sessions. There is a limit of two guest registrations per doctor delegate and guest attendees must be at least 18 years of age.
What if I would like to book additional hotel room nights before or after Summit?
The Summit Registration Support team can help you request extra nights before or after the Summit. Submit your requests during online registration in the Special Requests box on the hotel page or contact us at alignemeasummit@venuesworld.com. If you request additional nights, you will be responsible for any charges associated with these nights, including cancellation penalties in accordance with hotel policy.
What is the dress code for the Summit?
The dress code for the Invisalign Summit is business casual attire for the conference and Thursday Welcome Reception, and cocktail or business attire for the Saturday Gala Dinner.
